The FIRM uses ServeManager for process-serving operations. By using ServeManager, you agree to its terms, available at (https://www.servemanager.com). ServeManager offers free and paid plans, with features such as job tracking, billing, and proof of service. The FIRM encourages its clients to use ServeManager for a seamless experience.

TERMINATION

These TERMS remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement by ceasing all use of the SITE and notifying the FIRM at info@Cardinal23.com. The FIRM reserves the right to terminate access without notice for violations of these TERMS.

GOVERNING LAW

These TERMS are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these TERMS is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

• The FIRM reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these TERMS. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.

• Any waiver of a provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or subsequent breach.
