Standard Service Appointments (per County):
$50 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
For appointments during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday). Additional Fees apply for same-day, after-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments.
Please note: To ensure prompt and reliable service, our mobile notary appointments are limited to clients within the counties listed above. If you need assistance outside of these counties, feel free to reach out to us at mobilenotary@cardinal23.com. We’re happy to explore options, if available.
If witnesses are required, we can provide one (1) witness for your appointment. There is an additional fee of $25 for this witness. If more than one witness is required, it will be your responsibility to have the additional witness(es) present at the appointment.

Evening Appointments
(5:00 PM – 10:00 PM):
$60 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
Late Night / Early Morning Appointments
(10:00 PM – 8:00 AM):
$75 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
Same-Day Appointments
(if the order is received by 12 pm CST):
$100 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
Please Note: Appointment availability is subject to change based on scheduling and service area coverage. Cardinal 23 reserves the right to reschedule or refund appointments if unforeseen circumstances prevent service from being completed at the selected time.
Weekend Appointments
(Saturday & Sunday):
$125 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
Federal Holiday Appointments:
$200 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
Appointments scheduled on federally recognized holidays incur an additional fee due to limited availability and increased demand.
Example: A Power of Attorney appointment scheduled for 7:30 PM on Sunday, December 25th, requiring two notarial acts, would be charged as follows:
Base Appointment Fee: $50
+ Federal Holiday Appointment Fee: +$100
+ 2 Notarial Acts/Signatures: $10 ($5 each)
Total: $160
Please Note: Although the appointment was scheduled during evening hours (5:00 PM–10:00 PM) and on a weekend (Sunday), those fees are not added because the Federal Holiday Appointment Fee is the highest applicable surcharge. Only the highest appointment surcharge is charged; appointment surcharges are not combined or stacked.
