At Cardinal 23, we strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing for our Document & Records Retrieval services. We understand that each case is unique, and our rates are designed to accommodate various requirements and circumstances.

Standard Service (per County):

$50 (plus mileage):*  Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Logan, and Oklahoma (20-mile radius from our office).

$60 (plus mileage):*  Caddo, Grady, Lincoln, McClain, Payne, and Pottawatomie (40-mile radius from our office).

$70 (plus mileage):*  Blaine, Comanche, Creek, Garfield, Garvin, Major, Noble, Okfuskee, Pawnee, Pontotoc, and Seminole (60-mile radius from our office). 

$80 (plus mileage):*  Alfalfa, Carter, Coal, Custer, Dewey, Grant, Hughes, Kay, Kiowa, Murray, Osage, Stephens, and Tillman (80-mile radius from our office). 

$90 (plus mileage):*  Atoka, Cotton, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, McIntosh, Okmulgee, Pittsburg, Tulsa, and Washington (100-mile radius from our office). 

$100+ (plus mileage and lodging if applicable):* Adair, Beaver, Beckham, Bryan, Cherokee, Choctaw, Cimarron, Craig, Delaware, Ellis, Greer, Harmon, Harper, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Love, Marshall, Mayes, McCurtain, Muskogee, Nowata, Ottawa, Pushmataha, Roger Mills, Rogers, Sequoyah, Texas, and Wagoner (Beyond a 100-mile radius from our office).

Please note: For counties outside our regular 100-mile service radius, we may either travel to the location or coordinate with someone locally to efficiently complete the job. During the ordering process, if you select a county outside our standard service radius, we will ask if you have previously attempted to use someone locally in that area. If so, we will inquire about any challenges you faced. If not, we will discuss whether you prefer us to attempt service personally or if you are open to us contracting with someone locally.

 If you prefer direct service from us, additional travel expenses may apply. In some cases, arrangements can be made to optimize costs, such as booking accommodations instead of making long return trips.

If you are open to us contracting with someone locally, we will handle all coordination and ensure service is completed efficiently.

For orders received before 12 pm (CST), documents will be retrieved and delivered the same day (depending on location/delivery method). Orders received after 12 pm will be delivered within 24 hours.

* Please note: While we strive to provide comprehensive document retrieval services, there may be limitations due to factors such as record retention policies and the timeframe of your request. While courthouses generally retain documents, there may be variations in how and where they are stored based on retention policies and record-keeping practices. Our team will work diligently to access the required documents, but in rare cases, some documents may be subject to specific retention periods or alternative storage methods. We will always strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on document availability.

The filing office responds to requests as promptly as possible, but response times can vary based on factors such as the nature of the request and the volume of records involved. If your request cannot be fulfilled promptly or at all, the filing office will explain the reason why and we will pass that information on to you.

Please be aware that certain documents, including sealed or protected information, confidential forms, and unredacted documents, may not be accessible. Additionally, cases involving certain legal matters may have restricted access as well.

Mileage:

Mileage fees will apply to the round-trip distance from our office located at 2304 W. Hefner Rd. #20155, Oklahoma City, OK 73120 to the service address. These fees will be calculated using the current federal mileage rate and apply to all addresses.

Simply click on this link to open Google Maps with the starting location pre-set. Then, enter your destination address to calculate the one-way miles. Once calculated, multiply that by two  (2) and that will give you the total round-trip distance to multiply to the current federal mileage rate to ensure accurate pricing.
