At Cardinal 23, we strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing for our professional Mobile Notary services. We understand that each case is unique, and our rates are designed to accommodate various requirements and circumstances.

Standard Service Appointments:
$50 Flat Fee + $5 per notarial act/signature (plus mileage): All Oklahoma counties
For appointments during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday).
Additional Fees for After-Hours / Weekend / Holiday Appointments (See Below).

If witnesses are required, we can provide one (1) witness for your appointment. There is an additional fee of $25 for this witness. If more than one witness is required, it will be your responsibility to have the additional witness(es) present at the appointment.
Late Night / Early Morning Appointments (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM):
Add $50 to Standard Service
Federal Holiday Appointments:
Add $100 to Standard Service
Appointments scheduled on federally recognized holidays will incur an additional fee due to limited availability and increased demand. The holiday fee is in addition to any normal, after-hours, or weekend rates.

Mileage:
Mileage fees will apply to the round-trip distance from our office located at 2304 W. Hefner Rd. #20155, Oklahoma City, OK 73120 to the service address. These fees will be calculated using the current federal mileage rate and apply to all addresses.
Simply click on this link to open Google Maps with the starting location pre-set. Then, enter your destination address to calculate the one-way miles. Once calculated, multiply that by two (2) and that will give you the total round-trip distance to multiply to the current federal mileage rate to ensure accurate pricing.
