Standard Service Appointments (per County):
$50 (Flat Fee + $5 per Notarial Act/Signature):
Canadian, Cleveland, and Oklahoma County.
For appointments during normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday). Additional Fees apply for same-day, after-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments.
Please note: To ensure prompt and reliable service, our mobile notary appointments are limited to clients within the counties listed above. If you need assistance outside of these counties, feel free to reach out to us at mobilenotary@cardinal23.com. We’re happy to explore options, if available.
If witnesses are required, we can provide one (1) witness for your appointment. There is an additional fee of $25 for this witness. If more than one witness is required, it will be your responsibility to have the additional witness(es) present at the appointment.

Evening Appointments
(5:00 PM – 10:00 PM):
Add $25 to Standard Service
Late Night / Early Morning Appointments
(10:00 PM – 8:00 AM):
Add $50 to Standard Service
Federal Holiday Appointments:
Add $100 to Standard Service
Appointments scheduled on federally recognized holidays will incur an additional fee due to limited availability and increased demand. The holiday fee is in addition to any normal, after-hours, or weekend rates.
Example: A Power of Attorney appointment scheduled the same day we received the order, on Sunday, December 25th, requiring 2 notarial acts would be $285.
POA Appointment Base Rate: $50
+ Same-Day Rate: $50
+ Weekend (Sunday) Rate: $75
+ Federal Holiday (Christmas Day) Rate: $100
+ 2 Notarial Acts/Signatures: $10 ($5/ea)
Total: $285
Please note: If an appointment is scheduled on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), only the Weekend Appointment rate will apply — clients will not be charged an additional Evening Appointment or Late Night / Early Morning Appointment fee, even if the appointment time falls within those hours. The Weekend Appointment rate already accounts for appointments at any time on those days.
