The Office of Administrative Hearings conducts all administrative court proceedings for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, particularly focusing on matters like child support enforcement hearings where issues like paternity, future child support amounts, and back child support are determined; however, they do not handle custody or visitation issues which fall under district court jurisdiction. 

Before proceeding, we must verify whether we can provide service for your specific tribal court. This process may involve additional steps for approval. Refund/Credit Policy for Unused Wait Time:

If you have paid for additional waiting time in advance and our process server completes the service before the entire authorized duration, you will be eligible for a refund or credit (your choice) based on any full, unused hours. Wait time is billed in one-hour increments, so time is rounded up to the nearest hour, which means you won’t receive refunds for partial hours. Here are a couple of examples to illustrate:

Example 1: If you paid for 2 hours of wait time, and the service is completed within the first 30 minutes, you would be eligible for a refund of 1 hour, since the 30 minutes is rounded up to 1 hour.

Example 2: If you paid for 3 hours and service is completed within the first 1.5 hours, you would receive a refund or credit for 1 hour, as the first 1.5 hours would round up to 2 hours.

Wait Time Documentation:

For your assurance, all attempts will be documented with detailed logs and GPS tracking. This provides proof of the process server’s location and the time spent waiting at the service address. You will receive these records as part of our standard service report, ensuring complete transparency.

The completed Affidavit of Service will be uploaded to ServeManager. You’ll be able to view, download, or print it directly through your client portal or collaboration link.
