If so, we will inquire about any challenges you faced. If not, we will discuss whether you prefer us to attempt service personally or if you are open to us contracting with a qualified local process server.
If you prefer direct service from us, additional travel expenses may apply, especially for multiple attempts. In some cases, arrangements can be made to optimize costs, such as booking accommodations instead of making long return trips.
If you are open to a local process server, we will handle all coordination and ensure service is completed efficiently.
Each request is assessed individually based on your specific circumstances. Simply click one of the buttons below (Standard, Expedited, or Same-Day) to access our secure online order forms. 🚗 Sitting & Waiting Service⌛
🚗 Sitting & Waiting⌛
$50 per hour: All Oklahoma counties (limited to individual serves)
Our dedicated process servers will make every effort to serve the individual in question during each attempt. In the event the person is not present upon arrival, we extend a waiting period of 20 minutes at the designated address.
However, we understand that certain situations may call for more extended wait times (e.g. the individual is not home, is being evasive, or resides in a gated/secured community or building and we need time for some creative maneuvering to gain access).
At your explicit request, if you require our Process Server to remain at an address for longer than 20 minutes, we offer this option.
Sometimes, delivering documents requires careful coordination and patience. Our trained professionals will patiently wait at a designated location to serve the necessary legal documents to the intended recipient. With a focus on professionalism and respect for privacy, our team will handle the logistics and devote the time required to ensure effective service.
To ensure efficiency and avoid unnecessary costs, we have a default limit of four (4) hours for waiting time across all attempts. If you would like to authorize waiting beyond this 4-hour cap, any additional time will be billed at $50 per hour.
Please note: Our Sitting and Waiting Service is intended for Process Serving. It does not involve private investigation, surveillance, or any other activities beyond delivering legal documents. This service also excludes eviction-related matters, including notice postings or court-ordered eviction documents.
Refund/Credit Policy for Unused Wait Time:
If you have paid for additional waiting time upfront and our process server successfully serves the individual before the full duration you authorized, you will be eligible for a refund or a credit (your choice) for the unused time. This ensures you only pay for the actual time spent waiting, and you won’t lose any money if service is completed sooner than expected.
Wait Time Documentation:
For your assurance, all attempts will be documented with detailed logs and GPS tracking. This provides proof of the process server’s location and the time spent waiting at the service address. You will receive these records as part of our standard service report, ensuring complete transparency.
🔍 Skip Tracing📍
$75 for Simple Cases: For cases where the individual has a large online presence and has not taken steps to hide their whereabouts, we can often locate them within a few hours to a couple of days. This base fee covers most straightforward cases.
$150 – $225 for Moderately Complex Cases: For individuals who have moved multiple times, changed their name, or have more complex records, the search may take several days to a week. These cases require additional effort, and the fee reflects the increased complexity.
$300+ for Highly Complex Cases: For individuals who are intentionally evasive or where there is limited initial information available, locating them can take several weeks or longer. These cases often involve extensive research and specialized tools, and the fee is adjusted accordingly.

🚗 Mileage 🛣️
Mileage fees will apply to the round-trip distance from our office located at 2304 W. Hefner Rd. #20155, Oklahoma City, OK 73120 to the service address. These fees will be calculated using the current federal mileage rate and apply to all addresses.
Simply click on this link to open Google Maps with the starting location pre-set. Then, enter your destination address to calculate the one-way miles. Once calculated, multiply that by two (2) and that will give you the total round-trip distance to multiply to the current federal mileage rate to ensure accurate pricing.
While you may not know the exact number of attempts needed until we’ve initiated the service, we want to assist you in estimating the potential mileage costs beforehand. This way, you can better plan and budget for your specific case requirements.
For safety and discretion, we do not operate out of a public-facing or traditional brick-and-mortar office. Given the sensitive nature of the services we provide, which can sometimes involve delivering documents to individuals who may be upset or uncooperative, protecting our team and maintaining a low profile is essential. As such, we use the post office’s address as a general point of reference.
Please note: Mileage fees for (general) Process Service do not apply to the following counties:
Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, and Oklahoma County (OKC Metro).
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us directly. We believe in providing transparent and fair pricing based on the actual distance our team travels. By informing you upfront about how the mileage costs are determined, we ensure you have a clear understanding of the associated charges.
🎁 Extras 🎁
We are pleased to offer a range of additional features to enhance your experience with our Process Serving services. One of our key benefits is the cost-saving opportunity we provide for multiple serves at the same address.
For each additional serve at the same address, we offer a 50% reduction in the service fee. This means that if you require our services for multiple individuals or cases at the same address, you can enjoy significant savings on each subsequent serve.
However, please note that if a new service address is requested after our server has already made any or all three (3) attempts on the original address, the new address will be treated as a new job and will be billed separately. In such cases, the updated address will be subject to the base service rate, and our server will make three (3) attempts for successful service at the new address.
We understand that address updates may be necessary due to various circumstances, and we strive to accommodate such changes efficiently. By treating the updated address as a new job, we ensure that each service attempt receives the attention and effort it requires for successful completion.

💲Payment 💵
The Base Rate (Standard, Expedited, Same-Day, Eviction Service) is required to be paid in advance. In addition to the Base Rate, there are other optional services that you may choose to include when placing your initial order on our website. These services, such as additional addresses, multiple individuals at the same address, etc., can be pre-selected and prepaid to streamline the process.
For clients who are interested in skip tracing or sitting and waiting services ahead of time (if you already know the individual may be evasive), we offer a seamless process where you can request these services upfront, and we will determine the charges once the skip tracing or sitting and waiting process is complete. This approach ensures fair and accurate billing based on the actual time and effort involved in providing these specialized services.
However, clients who have not chosen these additional services ahead of time may still opt for them during the process serving engagement. In such cases, any charges for skip tracing, sitting and waiting, or other supplementary services will be billed separately.

Additionally, mileage charges will be incurred, as we calculate the round-trip distance from our office in Oklahoma City. While the exact mileage charges will depend on the distance traveled during service attempts, we assure you that you will only be billed for the actual mileage incurred.
We understand that each case is unique, and circumstances may change during the process serving attempts. For example, you might have encountered difficulties with a previous process server, or the individual to be served may be evasive. Rest assured, our team is adaptable and well-equipped to handle evolving situations, and we will work closely with you to provide the services you need.
To proceed with obtaining an Affidavit of Service, payment for all services (including mileage) must be settled entirely.
This policy is firm and will only be waived for return clients on a case-by-case basis.

Each loan, refinance, or sale has its own critical deadline to meet, whether it’s a rate lock, a purchase contract, or simply the end of the month. Timely funding is essential to honor these deadlines. A poorly executed loan signing, with missed signatures, dates, or incomplete forms, can cause significant delays. This can result in costly rate lock extensions, penalties for the close of escrow, or even the risk of the buyer losing the home they’re trying to purchase.
